All crystals and jewelry are FINAL SALE. If a crystal arrives broken in the mail, please send us a photo either on Tiktok (Crystal Whispers Shop) or to our email crystalwhispershop@gmail.com

A store credit may be issued for the broken item up to 5 days after the package was delivered.
